I was teaching a cooking class in Japan called Oenmeshi, which had over 800 students.The meaning of Oenmeshi is "Food to support those taking on challenges".
Although I am not good at English, I want to teach delicious and healthy meals to foreigners who come to Japan, so I decided to start this cooking class.
